It’s easier when we journey together

If you have any questions about classes or are wondering if they would be a good fit for you, please reach out by emailing info@mindfulfoodandmotion.com. All classes and groups will be asked to abide by the MFM group guidelines.

CURRENTLY, ALL classes are meeting virtually.

Find community with other folks who are seeking guidance to create a positive relationship with food and their bodies.

For office address and accessibility see our Contact page. We anticipate a variety of body sizes and other identities. In classes and groups, as with all MF&M activities, we will specifically not equate size with health or worth, nor gender with anatomy. We respect each individual’s personal autonomy and consciously work to empower self-determined choice and agency within community with others.

14-Week Body Trust®️ Wellness Group

MONTHLY Virtual OPEN OFFICE HOURS

  • First Tuesday of the month

  • 4-6 PM

The Open Office Hours is a monthly chance for anyone who is interested in what we do here at Mindful Food & Motion to hop on, say “hi”, meet Nicole, and ask questions. You could be someone who is considering taking a class or having private consultations, someone interested in this field of work, or another professional who wants to connect. Jump on zoom anytime between 4-6pm central and soak up some information, inspiration, resources, and support as you consider or start off on your experience with intuitive eating and body trust. There may be others on the screen too, or maybe just me and you.

This is a place and a community for contemplating a life no longer dominated by diet culture, narrow beauty/health/worth standards, or body hate, with others on a similar food & body peace journey.

Get the link for virtual open office hours here.

Please feel free to reach out to Nicole with any questions.
